Cybersecurity Researchers Warn of Malicious Campaign Targeting Go Ecosystem

Cybersecurity researchers have issued a warning about a malicious campaign targeting the Go ecosystem with typosquatted modules designed to deploy loader-type malware on Linux and Apple macOS systems. The threat actor has published at least seven packages mimicking widely used Go libraries, including one (github[.]com/shallowmulti/hypert) that appears to target developers in the financial sector.
