North Korea is infiltrating IT developers under false identities into Western companies. These experts either funnel their salaries back to the North Korean state or blackmail their employers. The targeted companies are primarily in the United States, but recent cases have also been reported in France. The goal is to fund the North Korean regime through illegal means.
