Infosys McCamish Systems Reaches Agreement with Vermont DFR Over Cyber Incident

Infosys McCamish Systems (IMS), a subsidiary of Infosys, has reached an agreement with the Department of Financial Regulation (DFR) of the State of Vermont in the United States. This agreement, known as a stipulation and consent order, resolves issues related to a cyber incident without the need for a hearing. IMS is required to pay a fine of 125,000 USD.
