HCRG Care's Attempt to Censor DataBreaches.net Fails

HCRG Care’s lawyers attempted to obtain an injunction during a "private" hearing to demand the removal of two publications. DataBreaches.net did not comply. Foreign entities sometimes try to take legal action to censor DataBreaches.net's reports on their data breaches. None have succeeded, thanks to the protections of the First Amendment and the legal defense provided by Covington and Burling.
