Description
In November 2018, the Washington State Food Worker Card program, managed by Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department, experienced a data breach. A backup of the training program was inadvertently exposed, compromising 2.1 million records. The exposed data included full names, ZIP codes, dates of birth, email addresses, usernames, hashed passwords, and phone numbers of trainees.
