Description
In April 2021, ClearVoice Surveys experienced a data breach where a publicly facing database backup from 2015 was accessed and redistributed on a hacking forum. The breach exposed over 17 million records containing sensitive data including names, email addresses, physical addresses, IP addresses, genders, dates of birth, and plaintext passwords. ClearVoice Surveys confirmed the breach and its authenticity.
