Description
In mid-2012, Dropbox experienced a significant data breach that exposed the credentials of tens of millions of customers. Over 68 million records were compromised, including email addresses and salted password hashes. The breach came to light in August 2016 when Dropbox initiated password resets for potentially affected users.
