Description
In July 2020, Promo, a marketing video maker platform, experienced a data breach that resulted in the exposure of 22 million records. The compromised data included almost 15 million unique email addresses, IP addresses, names, genders, and salted SHA-256 password hashes. This breach was subsequently shared on a hacking forum, highlighting the significant scale of the incident.
