Description
In 2016, the virtual gaming network Tunngle suffered a data breach, resulting in the exposure of personal data belonging to 8.1 million users. The leaked information included usernames, email addresses, IP addresses, and passwords stored as IPB hashes. Tunngle, similar to services like LogMeIn's Hamachi, allowed gamers to create VPN-like connections to host LAN servers over the internet.
