Description
In September 2014, a massive dataset comprising nearly 5 million email addresses and passwords connected to the mail.ru domain was leaked. These records were discovered on the Russian Bitcoin Security Forum. While it's improbable that these credentials resulted from a direct attack on mail.ru, many users confirmed the authenticity of a portion of the compromised data as valid for other online services they used.
