Description
In July 2016, Kaneva, a virtual world game platform, experienced a significant data breach affecting approximately 3.9 million users. The compromised data included usernames, email addresses, full birthdates, and passwords stored as MD5 hashes. Following the breach, Kaneva ceased operations in 2017, and its domain now redirects to the game publisher's website.
