Description
In September 2022, ClickASnap, an image sharing platform, experienced a data breach due to compromised Amazon RDS credentials. The breach resulted in the exposure of 3.8 million user records, including full names, email addresses, social media profiles, physical addresses, order information, and passwords. The passwords were stored as SHA512 hashes, with Bcrypt used for forum users. The breach also led to the defacement of the website.
