Description
In July 2020, Drizly, a US-based online alcohol delivery service, experienced a data breach. The incident resulted in unauthorized access to a database containing sensitive information of approximately 2.5 million users. Compromised data included email addresses, names, physical and IP addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and passwords stored as bcrypt hashes. The data was subsequently sold online and redistributed extensively.
