Description
In January 2018, the Indian property website PropTiger experienced a data breach compromising over 16 million records. The exposed data included sensitive information such as full names, email addresses, usernames, birthdates, IP addresses, and MD5 hashed passwords with salts. The breach was widely shared on a popular hacking forum two years later, affecting a substantial number of users.
