BlackBasta Ransomware Chat Logs Leaked Online

Internal chat logs from the BlackBasta ransomware group have been leaked online, according to an announcement by the Dutch threat intelligence company Prodaft on February 20. BlackBasta, first detected in April 2022, is a strain of ransomware whose members are suspected of being linked to other cyber threat groups. Threat intelligence experts initially assessed that the group's members were associated with other cyber threat activities.
