Oleg B., a Russian national, is suspected of creating the Ragnar Locker ransomware. Placed under judicial supervision in France, he claims his innocence. In partnership with the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, Le Monde has reviewed documents obtained by Danish television DR regarding the financing of his defense. These documents are part of the "Dear Compatriots" project.
