Criminal Group UAC-0173 Targets Ukrainian Notaries with DCRat Malware

The criminal group UAC-0173 has been targeting Ukrainian notaries since mid-January 2025 using the malware DCRat (DarkCrystal RAT). The Ukrainian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-UA) has issued an alert about this new campaign. The DCRat malware enables remote access, thereby facilitating control over infected systems. This attack specifically targets Ukrainian notaries, endangering the security of their sensitive information.
