Found Wireshark's Traffic Analysis Room Challenging — Anyone Else?

The author recently completed the third Wireshark room on TryHackMe, which focuses on traffic analysis, and found this part more complex than the first two. They wonder if others also found this room difficult and ask if anyone can share a cheat sheet or reference for Wireshark.
